RDA Capoeira UK and Big Lottery Fund are pleased to offer you  FREE Capoeira Fitness  sessions. *Terms and Conditions apply (please check below).

Activity description:
Capoeira Fitness is an amazing Brazilian Martial Art, that involves all variety of kicks and spins, acrobatic moments, techniques, improve agility, flexibility, discipline and concentration, helps to burn up to 900kcal/hour, all in an friendly and respectful environment.

Session are great to:
Improve the health, well-being and self-defense of children, young people and adults

Delivery includes four sessions per week

1)Children or Families

  • Tuesdays: from 17:00 – 18:00 –  Beginners / Intermediate

Type of session: Children and Families (Child only or Child and a member of the family)

At: Xercise4Less, 80 Staines road, Hounslow, TW3 3LF

2)Children

  • Thursdays: from 17:00 – 18:00 –  Intermediate / Advanced

or

  • Saturdays: from 12:00 – 13:00 – Beginners / Intermediate

At: Matthew Arnold Sports Centre / Lifestyle Fitness

***Session no.2 will be assessed by Prof.Jera who will welcome your child in the most appropriate session.

 

3) Young people / Adults

  • Tuesdays: from 20:30 – 21:30

At: Matthew Arnold Sports Centre / Lifestyle Fitness

4)  Young people / Adults

  • Fridays: from 20:00 – 21:00                               

At: Xercise 4 Less Gym – Hounslow

Address: 80 Staines Rd, Hounslow – TW3 3LF

 

Terms and Conditions

You / your child(ren) are entitled to get 1 FREE Session per week/per person if you get one of the following:

  • Income Support
  • Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance
  • Income-related Employment and Support Allowance
  • Support under Part VI of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999
  • the guaranteed element of Pension Credit
  • Tax Credit (provided you have an annual gross income of no more than £16,190 (single parent) / £18,190 (couple)
  • Universal Credit (provided you have an annual gross income of no more than £16,190 (single parent) / £18,190 (couple)
  • Full time student (Enrolled for the purpose of attending an university or college course which lasts for at least one academic year)

Additional conditions

  • Student (1 per person) must register for the project by fill in the Capoeira Fitness Form, available from RDA’s Capoeira UK staff members
  • Proof of Income is required upon registration (Please bring a copy of it. The copy will be retained by RDA Capoeira UK for compliance reasons)
  • Maximum of two members per family
  • Sign the Attendance List (Children-in and out) during the period of the project
  • Students must arrive at least 5 minutes before session
  • Minimum requirement of attendance is 85% to be reviewed every 3 months.
  • If sick, please advise RDA’s Capoeira UK staff member (07869570653 or 07834361655)
  • If not advised in advanced, RDA Capoeira UK will count it as unauthorised absence
  • Unauthorised absence might lead on losing the benefit
  • First come, first served method will be applied
  • Waiting List will be available
  • Students registered to this specific project are agreeing to be bound by the Policies and Annual Insurance available in this website

  • Information collected on the Capoeira Fitness Registration Form and proof of entitlement are exclusively to be used on this specific project
